The execution of a contract allows us to provide the requested services. If required by law, we may share data with the competent authorities, for example for the communication of guests to the Alloggiati Web portal of the State Police. Sharing with commercial partners occurs only with the user's prior authorization.

We retain personal data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with current legislation. Data may be retained for longer periods only if required by legal obligations or for the protection of corporate rights.
